Unify Mental Health was founded in 2022 from the success of Meridian Counseling. After three years of sustained growth using our suite of software tools, Meridian Counseling and Unify are bringing these tools to partnered practices.

From the connection between our minds and bodies, relationships to our communities and our therapists, we believe connection is fundamental to mental health.

Finding a therapist shouldn’t be difficult. Since mental health is covered by all insurance plans, we make it easy to find a therapist that actually accepts it.

Quality and Metrics

Unify uses evidence-based treatments and outcome measures to track client progress, therapeutic alliance, and overall health.

We use a growth mindset to mental health for both clients and therapists. Both clients and therapists have access to educational workshops, groups, trainings, and events that allow them to keep growing.
